The summer of 2023 & 2024 were spent in the beautiful state of New Mexico working on two different NETFLIX productions. AMERICAN PRIMEVAL had Shannon in charge of the leather shop where he was responsible for overseeing the construction of authentic Shoshone, Paiute, and Ute Indigenous clothing, as well as, leather garments for 1860’s trappers and settlers moving West. Shannon and his team created over 1100 individual pieces of leather wear for the production. This production means a great deal to Shannon because of his Indigenous roots.
RANSOM CANYON is a contemporary Western saga set in Texas and Shannon was the Tailor/Fitter for Designer Olivia Miles. Growing up on a small family cattle farm, Shannon was quite familiar with working on ranch and cowboy wear. This was a particularly enjoyable project for Shannon because the whole cast/crew were an awesome group of folks!
